By using Dental World you agree to these terms. Dental World is provided by NYRAI LLC ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Dental World on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service (Apple's standard EULA), which applies to this app.
Dental World helps connect patients with independent dentists and clinics. We are a software platform; we do not provide dental or medical care, do not employ the providers listed, and are not a party to the relationship between you and any provider. During this beta, providers and appointments are simulated for testing.
Nothing in the app is medical advice. Information shown is for convenience and coordination only. Always rely on a qualified dentist or physician for diagnosis and treatment, and seek emergency care directly in an emergency.
You are responsible for the data you enter and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You agree to enter only test data during the beta. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Dental World charges nothing in this build. "Pay at clinic" is a status marker, not a transaction — no payment is taken through the app.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access data belonging to other users, enter unlawful content, or use the app to infringe others' rights.
Dental World is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NYRAI LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, any provider interaction, or reliance on information shown in the app.
We may update these terms as the app evolves; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
